Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the identification, development, and execution of advanced PET and SPECT quantitation use cases in our medical imaging software portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our roadmap, ensuring we solve the right problems with the right solutions by balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability.
As a self-starter, you will proactively explore user needs, stay ahead of competitor technologies, and work cross-functionally to bring innovative and clinically meaningful products to market. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across teams—including engineering, UI/UX, quality, clinical research, implementation, sales, and customer-facing teams—will be essential to driving success.
Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Identify and prioritize high-impact PET and SPECT quantitation use cases, ensuring alignment with clinical needs and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a healthy product roadmap that balances near-term execution with long-term innovation.
- Apply user-centered design methodologies to product development plans, proactively understanding and addressing customer pain points effectively.
- Stay current on competitor technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead customer discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, launch and roll-out by working effectively with engineering, UI/UX, quality, and clinical research teams to define, develop, and validate solutions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure strong go-to-market strategies, value messaging, and product adoption.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring efficient execution from concept to commercialization.
- Ensure efforts are seen through to completion, addressing challenges proactively and keeping projects on track.
- Define and communicate product vision, value proposition, and market positioning for PET/SPECT quantitation solutions.
- Develop pricing strategies that reflect product value and market demand.
- Analyze market and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product investments.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably with a focus on imaging or software-based solutions.
- 2+ years of product management experience in the medical device industry, preferably with medical software.
- Experience defining and executing product vision, value propositioning, value chain analysis, product roadmapping, pricing strategies, sales strategy and marketing.
- Ability to balance technical feasibility, market desirability, and business viability in product decision-making.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience with PET and SPECT imaging or other advanced medical imaging technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical imaging software.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in medical imaging.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $80,000.00-$120,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
