Cognizant is a large IT Consulting Firm that leverages modern technologies to transform a variety of businesses operations. This team explores threats to open societies and builds technology that inspires scalable solutions. Our team tackles a range of global security challenges including defending against digital attacks, mitigating the rise of online hate and harassment, countering online extremism, and fighting censorship. We are now seeking a new Operations & Onboarding Specialist that will be responsible for managing a variety of project-related tasks. This role is Fully remote to people that live on the East Coast in the USA. Travel to the office in New York may be required 1-2 times a year.
Role Responsibilities
Provide operational support for contract and dealmaking processes, including using internal tools, gathering approvals, assuring correct documentation, process tracking, and stakeholder communication
Program/project management for product teams to manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and organization
Lead project localization plans and implementation
Maintain and improve internal documentation and process infrastructure
Facilitate user onboarding to products through developing and maintaining clear documentation and user support
Work with key stakeholders to define requirements and execute plans
Communicate regularly with management on status, risks, and progress
Track status of ongoing projects and engagements, using internal tools and emails to answer questions from team members and external partners
Deliverables include: fully executed deals, project plans and trackers, localization plans, project drive folders, communications plans, and process documentation
Minimum Qualifications
At least a High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years project management and/or operations experience
Strong communication and operational skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teammates, including PMs, engineers, and partnerships
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace
Proactively address issues and comes up with solutions
Setting goals, plans how to achieve them, executes against those plans, and reports status
Knows and uses formal project management techniques like Gantt charts, critical paths, RASCI matrices
Know how to make work repeatable by creating and improving processes
Managing tradeoffs of budgeted resources, properly prioritizes work, and distinguishes between short-term vs. long-term objectives
Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
