Content Writer (Contract)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary

The team is seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy content designer to shape the user experience through language and words for CoreAI within the AI Platform organization. This role involves designing the end-to-end Azure AI stack, encompassing Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AI Services, and the global Azure AI infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to create seamless user experiences in Azure AI Foundry.
Design and craft content for in-product experiences to assist customers in achieving their objectives.
Develop experiences focusing on language, utilizing expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
Write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language adhering to Microsoft’s style guides.
Advocate for content design principles, coherence guidelines, and evaluation tools.
Identify opportunities for content enhancements and pitch ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Conduct quality assurance on content as needed.
Work closely with design, engineering, PMs, and developers to refine product features.
Utilize research and data to derive user insights guiding design decisions.
Ensure adherence to design system patterns, brand voice principles, style guides for accessibility and usability.
Thrive in a dynamic environment by adapting quickly to changes positively.

Requirements

8-10 years of product design experience emphasizing content creation.
Proficiency in Figma and Microsoft products.
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale projects end-to-end.
Experience following iterative and agile software development lifecycle.

Location: Remote
Duration: 2 Months
Pay Range: $49 - 55.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
