Opportunity 

We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in graphic design, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs. Experience in creating impactful marketing assets across in-app, digital, and print channels.

In this role, you will work on various projects, including digital and direct mail marketing campaigns, in-app banners, social media content, landing pages, presentation decks, event materials, and branding needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with our brand vision and marketing goals. This is a part time contract for 25 hours per week. 

Responsibilities 

  • Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs across in-app, digital, and print channels that effectively communicate Twin Health’s value propositions and key messaging.
  • Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines consistently to ensure a cohesive and professional look across all design projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, sales, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that align with objectives.
  • Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative and creative ideas for design concepts.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively seek input from team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative perspectives to the team. Interest and experience in AI tools are preferred.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience designing for digital, print, and web, with a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
  • Accuracy: Attention to detail, especially at a fast pace.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to accept feedback and apply creative direction effectively.
  • Bonus Skills (Optional): Experience in healthcare marketing and/or B2B2C design. Additional skills such as video editing, 2D animation, and illustration are a plus but not required.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $75.00 per hour.
