This role demands a balance of operational expertise, data-driven decision-making, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
What you'll do:

- Be the first point of contact for leaders needing non-critical support from the COO, and ensure COO's involvement in a project or decision-making is happening at the right moment and level by staying on top of information flow across the company.
- Ensure strategic projects are completed on time and to the full scope of the work.
- Serve as a key liaison between the COO and operational department leaders, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Strategic Vision and Execution:
- Understand the company's strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
- Communicate complex ideas simply and inspire confidence.
- Data-Driven Insights:

- Identify inefficiencies across operations and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
- Design and optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage resources effectively.
- Executive Preparation:
- Collaborate with the COO to prepare impactful board materials and executive presentations.
- Present revenue performance, operational updates, and strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
This role could be a good fit for you if:
- You have 7+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, CoS, or a related role, ideally in high-growth environments.
- You bring a strong understanding of end-to-end operational and revenue processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success.

- You thrive in roles that demand cross-functional collaboration, influence, and accountability at the executive level.
- You possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with extreme attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects from end-to-end.
- You have strong people management and coaching skills, and have led cross-functional teams with influence, even without direct authority.
- You are scrappy, a go-getter, and have a low ego. You thrive in ambiguity, and you roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get things done.
- You are a quick thinker with a bias for action, and you are able to prioritize ruthlessly
