Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients concerning food delivery services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to order placement, delivery times, and service policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups on issues.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and restaurant partners to resolve service-related inquiries.
  • Educate customers about available services, promotions, and safety guidelines.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented with effective multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
