Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven country manager to establish and lead our operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role encompasses overseeing sales strategies and setting up operational processes to drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing mainly in the field of SEO and link building, coupled with a strong network of local media contacts, publishers and bloggers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Seeders' client base in the UAE market.
Operational setup: Establish and streamline operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with Seeders' global standards and IT setup .
SEO and link building expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SEO and link building techniques to enhance clients' online presence and search engine rankings.
Networking: Leverage existing relationships and build new connections with local media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to amplify brand visibility and client campaigns.
Team development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing local team to support business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
