About the role  

Owns day to day client engagement activities with IT cloud operations Team w.r.t agreed SLA & KPI to deliver customer value for Azure/Cloud Managed Services.  Coordinate internally and externally with different stakeholders, operations/managed services Team to provide services into seamless delivery. Lead and Drive RAIL (Rolling Action Item List) and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client's Meeting  
 

  • Actively take part in P1, P2 and P3 incidents and drive them to closure it as per the SLA defined. 

  • Act as a Technical contact and Customer Success Manager for his clients, Microsoft as well as other OEMs to assist organization’s customers. 

  • Act as an escalation point between the business/customers and technical delivery to resolve issues. Refine service delivery processes where appropriate to contribute to improved business outcomes. · Participate in monitoring, review, and auditing process as per defined frequencies and closely work with the Operations Team to get the activities scheduled and triage. 

  • Identify and evaluate Risks/Issues and plan for mitigation to safeguard Service Delivery objectives and focus to continually improve services.

What we’re looking for 

  • Experience in enterprise applications, solutions, and Cloud infrastructures. 

  • Experience in platform and cloud migrations (preferred) • Ability to manage and work with team members from around the globe / experience working with offshore models. Degrees/Certifications Earned  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology or similar. 

  • Relevant Industry certifications on any OS (Windows or Unix), VMWare, Azure 900, 104 & ITIL
