Job Description

Title: 3rd Shift Project Coordinator (remote home office based)

Summary
Seeking a candidate with strong communications skills to join our Project Delivery Team. Work involves sourcing candidates and coordinating activities to ensure a successful project(s) or program(s) for our IT clients. Duties include sourcing, screening, recruiting, scheduling and overseeing candidates for short IT projects, dispatched service events and other IT initiatives. The right individual will have also client interaction experience to coordinate activities with assigned client contacts regularly. Training will be provided about the industry, tools, processes, and best practices. A Project Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking activities and progress daily, weekly as needed.

What You Will Gain:
  • Complete comprehensive training program working with our experienced recruiting team
  • Participate in planning calls and meetings
  • Use internal database, bench engineers, and various online sources / portals to identify resources for projects and service requests
  • Call and screen all technicians / engineers to ensure candidates have the necessary experience to perform work
  • Engage and onboard IT workers using company tools and processes
  • Perform data entry of all actions, notes, and other details for every project using designated tools
  • Maintain and update various Excel and Google reporting methods
  • Communicate / escalate any issue / potential issue to proper parties
  • Monitor email, text and messaging communications from Technicians/Engineers, PMs, and Partners for quick action
  • Understand and communicate processes, procedures, training guides, templates
  • Develop and maintain a network of key talent potentially available for immediate hire
  • Develop knowledge related to client needs to effectively target recruitment resources in a professional and efficient manner
  • Watch for service request spikes - organize work activities around service spikes

  • Previous experience supporting service projects / IT services staffing preferred but not required

  • Strong multi-tasking skills & fast learner
  • Experience with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word
  • Experience with Google Suites – primarily Sheets, Gmail
  • Strong accuracy with data input and tracking
  • Ability to work well with team, partners, Project Coordinators & Client Managers
  • Focused and able to work independently from remote home office
  • Willingness to learn and take direction but also offer input and ideas
