We’re looking for an experienced sales executive to join our Enterprise team as an individual contributor, targeting and selling directly into key accounts in the large employer segment. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape Color’s growth and product. You’ll be involved in every aspect of building our relationships with large employers: sourcing & developing leads, driving customers to close and managing relationships post-sale.
This territory includes: AK, WA, OR, CA, NV, UT
How You'll Contribute:Develop and grow business relationships with prospective employer clients with 5k+ employeesContinually assess revenue potential of territory through analysis of the overall market, corporate goals, pipeline outlook, and general industry intelligence in order to provide accurate sales forecastsConsistently meet or exceed annual sale goals/quotaDeliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others to make the case for Cancer management being a top priorityCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective proposalsProvide leadership with regular updates on sales-focused activities including lead generation, competitive intelligence, and product opportunitiesKeep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, technological trends through ongoing research and engagement at industry conferences, literature reviews and other sourcesFind, develop and close opportunitiesDevelop outreach strategies to generate new businessHandle the inbound leads and manage the full sales cycleWork closely with team to close agreementsHelp manage and maintain the accounts once the deals are closed, looking for upsell and cross sell opportunities
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:10+ years of highly verticalized B2B sales focusing on large employers within the regionCollege degree, advanced degree a plusDeep understanding of sales process and how to close complex deals in a highly competitive marketSuccessful sales history and consistent 100% quota attainment for the past 3+ years closing deals valued at $1M+ to strategic accountsKnowledge of customer and reporting requirementsExcellent cross-functional working skillsExceptional written and oral communication skillsMust be willing and able to travel frequently, and sometimes with short notice

Base Salary Range: $162,000 - $210,000 per year
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
