About the Product

Flockler—one of Relay’s flagship products— is a social media aggregator tool that empowers marketers, and businesses display social media feeds on their websites and digital screens. This helps drive engagement, build trust, and boost conversions. Together, our platforms enable businesses to seamlessly blend authentic storytelling with scalable commerce solutions.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing our customer base, helping brands unlock the power of our technology. Reporting to the General Manager of Flockler, you will work closely with a dynamic team (including Marketing, Client Success, and Developers) while also collaborating with Business Development peers across other Relay Commerce products to share best practices and build a strong peer-to-peer network.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers and partners to understand their marketing challenges.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs analyses to showcase how our solutions fit their goals.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through outreach, video calls, and email communication.
  • Own the sales process from first touch to paid trial conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align sales efforts and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions via Hubspot.
  • Represent Relay Commerce and Flockler with enthusiasm and integrity—this is about building relationships, not just closing deals.

  • Experienced in SaaS sales, especially in a B2B environment (bonus points for marketing communication tech experience!).
  • Confident in phone, video, and written sales conversations.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume sales pipeline via HubSpot.
  • Bonus: Multilingual skills (German, French, etc.) are a plus!
