About the role
The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Kolekti's commercial marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing, paid media, and demand generation. This role requires excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing expertise to develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across Kolekti's product suite. The Commercial Marketing Manager oversees end-to-end campaign performance, manages our paid media investment, and optimises marketing operations, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business growth and revenue objectives.
Working closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), the Commercial and Brand Marketing Lead, as well as our internal agency Brew, the CMM owns multi-channel campaign execution, investment planning, and audience segmentation across Kolekti's product suite. The Commercial Marketing Manager plays a key role in MarTech optimisation, website performance, and marketing automation to enhance Kolekti's go-to-market effectiveness.
What you'll be doingDeveloping paid media strategy, including investment planning and efficient but effective spendSetting benchmarks and performance targets for paid campaigns.Managing campaign reporting and multi-channel tracking and attribution (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).Keyword prioritisation for paid search campaigns.Managing stakeholder expectations for paid media investments.
Managing MarTech tools and migrations to improve marketing operations.Researching and onboarding new MarTech solutions (e.g., analytics, intent data).Acting as a representative for MarOps initiatives such as ABM tooling and consent management compliance (TrustArc CMP).Improving website analytics, tracking, and optimization (GA4, Hotjar, Tag Manager).Implementing technical SEO improvements.
Identifying new collateral development and briefing process.Driving our account-led marketing approach.Managing demand generation projects.Developing unified search strategies to improve organic and paid media performance.
Managing internal agency (Brew) for paid media implementation. Contributing to Brew’s ongoing development and performance of the Monorepo platform.Overseeing Webflow performance and continuous development.
Leading new analytics initiatives (e.g., seasonality, TAM modelling).Improving marketing work management processes for efficiency.Managing go-to-market execution and campaign lifecycle.Implementing lead scoring, qualification, and CRM optimization (HubSpot).What we're looking forStrong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.Expertise in performance marketing, including paid search, display, social media, and remarketing.Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot), including workflow creation and segmentation.Excellent understanding of B2B marketing strategies, audience targeting, and lead generation best practices.Experience in landing page creation and campaign optimisation.Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and data-driven insights.Ability to develop clear, concise campaign briefs.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and agencies.A few nice to havesDegree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience with SaaS marketing and product go-to-market strategies.Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.Experience with intent-based marketing and ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, 6sense, Cognism, Clay).Understanding of unified search and its role in marketing performance.Proficiency in paid Media & Performance Marketing: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit AdsProficiency in analytics & data tracking: GA4, Funnel.io, Hotjar, Google Tag ManagerProficiency in MarTech & CRM: HubSpot, TrustArc CMP (consent management), ArcadeProficiency in SEO & web optimization: Webflow, SE Ranking / SemrushProficiency in work & project Management: monday.com, Google SuiteNot ticking every box?
