The Marketing Specialist role will join the marketing team. You will own the direct marketing communication and push customers and prospects through the funnel. This role will own customer-driving marketing initiatives as well as work cross-departmentally to ensure our customers make their practices successful with Anagram and our programs. Our ideal candidate has:1+ year of relevant experience in customer marketing and/or demand generation1+ year of experience with marketing automation (bonus for HubSpot experience)1+ year of experience with advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)Basic copywriting skills to craft email and ad messaging (bonus for creative experience)Comfort with performance-based marketing and metrics-based campaign analysis Ability to work cross-functionally, specifically with SalesResults-driven, proactive, and takes a hands-on approach in campaign management to achieve key goalsExperience working at a high-growth startupThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentTakes initiative and is flexibleWhat You'll Do:Develop and execute email and other automated lifecycle marketing campaigns to generate incremental revenue by guiding customer adoption and utilizationBuild nurture campaigns for customers within our marketing automation system and in-app tools through intelligent segmentation, optimization, and experimentationDevelop a strong understanding of our customers, their goals, and how to reach themCoordinate the messaging strategy through the entire customer lifecycleEnsure strong customer relationships to support cross-sell and up-sell of our productsWork cross-departmentally to make sure product releases, newsletters, and updates to customers are communicated via email and other owned channels Anagram offers employees:
