Growth Marketing Manager - Americas, East

The Role

 

We are looking for a driven Growth Marketing Manager to help plan and execute effective marketing strategies across the Americas East region at Exterro. The role is varied and fast-paced, requiring a highly organised, hands-on and go-getting marketeer who will partner with our Marketing, Sales, Channel, and other business teams to help drive business growth and revenue throughout the US East region.

 


Key Responsibilities

 

Demand Generation

  • Create and execute regional marketing campaigns in corporation with Sales to drive activity, growth and build revenue pipeline. 
  • Source third-party media partners and effectively manage relationships to generate leads, build revenue pipeline and win business opportunities.
  • Take ownership and project manage campaign lifecycles while collaborating with the wider global marketing teams.
  • Measure, optimize and redeploy diverse field marketing activities, taking a data-driven and ROI-based approach to decisions.

Channel Marketing

  • Support and execute regional channel marketing programs to maximise partner support and growth plans.
  • Support and execute partner-led campaigns that may include events, sponsorships, training, email marketing, roundtables, social media, or webinars.

Event Management

  • Support end-to-end execution of in-person and virtual events. 
  • Support regional sales teams to ensure smooth internal and customer experiences throughout each event lifecycle.
  • Be able to travel and attend events, as and when required.

General

  • Flawlessly communicate and collaborate across different marketing, regional sales, technical engineering, and other business teams
  • Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on regional feedback and insights.
  • Identify regional content needs and work with corporate, product marketing, digital, content, and other teams to develop assets and execute marketing tactics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, our solutions, and value propositions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and experiences.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience within field marketing or similar growth-orientated marketing functions.
  • Demonstrable experience with account based approaches as well as traditional field marketing programs.
  • Extremely organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentations) across all levels of internal and external stakeholder and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who is excited by change and takes ownership.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a keen sense of commercial awareness.
  • Ability to take initiative, be innovative and creatively solve problems.
  • Prior events management experience desirable, but not essential.
  • Salesforce and Pardot experience desirable, but not essential.
  • Enterprise Software/B2B technology sector experience highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related degree.

This role will initially be reporting to the VP of Global Growth Marketing, working alongside two other staff in the Americas team. The role will be working remotely and suit someone based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones in the United States. From time to time, the role will require flexibility on working schedules to fulfil campaign or event demands, as well as be able to adapt to the growing needs of the global business.

As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary range for this remote position is $115,000- $130,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, flexible paid time off and more.
