Job Description
  • Enter, update, and maintain student records in the Collegeโ€™s student management system.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Review student data for accuracy and audit readiness.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders using various platforms.

  • Coordinate daily tasks with the administration team to meet deadlines.

  • Organise, archive, and manage student records efficiently.

  • Generate reports and provide student data to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Prioritise and respond to administration requests from the Management Team.

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality, data security, and adhere to compliance regulations.



Requirements
Essential:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse communication platforms.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management in handling data.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues with initiative and professionalism.

  • Understanding of compliance requirements, including privacy, WHS, and VET standards.

  • Confident use of databases, student management systems, and other relevant software.

  • Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.

Desirable:
  • Certificate III in Business or Business Administration.

  • Previous experience in an educational or vocational training environment.

  • Familiarity with vocational education and training (VET) sector compliance.
