This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of student data and communications, ultimately contributing to the smooth operation of our educational services.

Enter, update, and maintain student records in the Collegeโs student management system.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency.
Review student data for accuracy and audit readiness.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders using various platforms.
Coordinate daily tasks with the administration team to meet deadlines.
Organise, archive, and manage student records efficiently.
Generate reports and provide student data to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
Prioritise and respond to administration requests from the Management Team.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues as required.
Maintain confidentiality, data security, and adhere to compliance regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse communication platforms.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management in handling data.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues with initiative and professionalism.
Understanding of compliance requirements, including privacy, WHS, and VET standards.
Confident use of databases, student management systems, and other relevant software.
Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
Certificate III in Business or Business Administration.
Previous experience in an educational or vocational training environment.
Familiarity with vocational education and training (VET) sector compliance.
