Job description

As the Partnerships Director at Ovia Health, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, optimization, and management of channel partnerships that align with our organizational goals and drive revenue growth, primarily for Ovia Health.

This critical position within the Ovia Health Partnerships team requires exceptional deal-making, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. You will spearhead collaborative initiatives with channel partners that strengthen our market position and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, working effectively with sales, account management, marketing, and product teams.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with partner alliances, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and strategic synergy.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in partner sales and marketing, coupled with strong leadership skills that facilitate engagement with partners to identify opportunities and develop strategies. You should have the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, along with a talent for building and communicating compelling value propositions.

Job Description:

  • Execute the strategy and vision for Channel Partnerships to drive shared growth and value for Ovia Health and its reseller partners.
  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners, including resellers, referral partners, and product partners, to foster incremental growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to promote and achieve revenue goals.
  • Work closely with counterparts at partner organizations to review sales strategies and pipelines, ensuring maximized partnership value.
  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering) to implement partnership strategies and support existing clients.
  • Support Channel Partner Managers in driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue by defining value propositions and deploying diverse partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Account Management to execute channel initiatives effectively for prospects and customers.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner engagement, pipeline conversion, and revenue generation while forecasting Channel Partnerships pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with enterprise partners, addressing their day-to-day needs and ensuring up-to-date marketing materials and contact information.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with partners to review pipelines, identify new business opportunities, and share updates from both sides.
  • Work closely with the Head of Commercial Strategy and Growth to establish and expand viable partnerships that contribute to growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by enhancing connections with partners and facilitating new opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Create best practices and engagement rules alongside the Head of Commercial Strategy and Growth to maximize revenue and streamline partner onboarding.
  • Manage all partner documentation, contracts, and accounts through Salesforce.
  • Keep partners informed and trained on new initiatives, solutions, and best practices, focusing on how Ovia Health’s innovations meet their goals.
  • Foster strong internal relationships across teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical) to optimize delivery of Ovia Health’s solutions to partners and clients.
  • Contribute to deal structuring negotiations and creatively execute ad hoc projects.
  • Provide insights to inform Ovia Health’s business strategy, product roadmap, and service delivery, integrating partner feedback into operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with partners, ensuring a positive impression on partners.
  • Escalate partner issues to appropriate teams to resolve concerns promptly.

Education/Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10 years’ experience in client service, account management or sales in B2B commercial settings (with at least 2-5 years of client facing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably serving employers, benefits consultants, and/or health plans)
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances

Pay Range: $117-168K

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

LBP Eligible Positions (if applicable):

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.  Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
