Transparent Hiring is an international company helping IT specialists from Russia and Eastern Europe find jobs and relocate to Germany and Austria. Now we're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our internal hiring team and help us grow! You'll work on vacancies inside Transparent Hiring — reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and helping us find people who share our values and want to change the future of tech recruitment together.

Responsibilities

Review applications and pre-screen potential candidates
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate soft skills
Post and update job descriptions on job boards and social media
Maintain a clear and organized candidate tracking in the ATS
Support the hiring process from first contact to offer
Communicate with candidates and answer their questions

Requirements

Experience in recruitment or completed courses in the recruitment field
Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)
Clear communication, friendliness, and strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and stay organized
Curiosity and willingness to learn fast
Interest in international hiring and remote work culture
