Technical Product Manager (AI)

General Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products. This role involves driving the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance user experiences and deliver measurable value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead in an agile with scrum development methodology developing software: define Epics, Features and User stories, actively participate in Kaizen and Sprint process and manage cost, feature, and schedule tradeoffs throughout the development cycle

  • Establish interface with cross-functional teams of domain experts, Product Directors, program management, and application development teams in a new product development/enhancement process.  Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to ensure successful integration of AI technologies into products.

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging analytics to drive improvements.

  • Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to shape AI product features and capabilities.

Education and Experience

  • 8 - 10 years' experience in Product Management

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Specialized Experience, Training, Education, or Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience with Agile enterprise software development

  • 3 years' experience with Requirements Analysis or Analyst Experience

  • Experience working with systems of complex workflows and configurations

  • Healthcare Information systems and clinical user experience

  • Experience writing requirements for a software application

Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
