The revenue operations team supports over 200 people and works closely with sales to manage government and state contracts, ensuring compliance. Responsibilities
Manage complex public sector contract vehicles (e.g., NASPO, OMNIA, Texas DIR, CalNet, NY OGS).
Develop and maintain relationships with channel reseller partners to drive new contracting opportunities and ensure compliance.
Liaise with legal and internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Operations) during contract negotiations, modifications, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements.
Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Create and maintain documentation for contract requirements, pricing, and compliance procedures, while coordinating with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Hold a BSc in Business, Contract Management, or a related field.
Have experience managing public sector contracts, including state-specific procurement vehicles like NASPO, OMNIA, or DIR, with a deep understanding of state procurement processes.
Demonstrate proven expertise in managing government contracts (e.g., NASPO, OMNIA, DIR), ensuring compliance and navigating complexities.
Possess solid knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and the contract lifecycle—from solicitation to closeout—ensuring all contracts meet government standards.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Compliance) and external resellers for effective contract management and business alignment.
Exhibit excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills to drive contracts and business growth.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97 600,00Maximum:
$225 700,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
