Reports to: Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Analysis, FLG & HOKA

Location:  Remote

The Role

The Manager, Sales & Business Analysis will lead with analytics to drive business impact through data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to optimize sales and product performance across the NA Marketplace. They will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, merchandising, finance and our VP/GM’s to unlock growth opportunities and enhance business performance. They will also drive the creation and implementation future business strategies for the NA Wholesale Market, that will help meet the organization's financial targets. Strategies will be created with Marketplace/Account/Channel and Category goals in mind, and will be based on strong sales analytics, in depth knowledge of the market/retailers, and forward-looking consumer trends. They will partner with Sales, Brand, Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Integrated Planning and Finance, to align strategies, gain insights, manage risks, and report results.

$125,000 - $135,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
