Your Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationships with major platform partners. This is a strategic, high-impact position where your focus will be on nurturing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data insights to drive mutual success.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with platform representatives and key stakeholders

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering a seamless, value-driven partnership experience

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue

  • Leverage data and insights to shape account strategies and optimize performance

  • Prepare and present regular performance reviews and tailored growth roadmaps

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated partner experience

  • Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new value propositions


What You’ll Need:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partnerships, ideally in a B2C or subscription-based online environment

  • Demonstrated success in growing key accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for relationship-building

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies

  • Confidence in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously

  • Fluent English communication skills—written and verbal; other languages are a plus


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in the HR Tech industry

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Understanding of subscription models and user engagement metrics

  • Background in a startup or fast-growing tech company

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
