The Role:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our EU Team. You will be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and will grow and manage relationships with key accounts, driving sales, and expanding our market presence in these areas.

This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the consumer electronics sector and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will be remote based, but will form a part of a growing remote based team across western Europe. With this in mind we are open to your location, but expect you to be based in Germany or a closely located country.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients, distributors, and partners across the DACH region.
  • Develop tailored account plans to achieve sales objectives and foster business growth.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities for growth within the mobile phones and audio product categories.
  • Execute strategic plans, including forecasting, reporting, and targeted sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions, events, and campaigns tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Analyze sales data (e.g., purchase, sales, inventory) to optimize performance and inform decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrable commercial experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in the consumer electronics or telecommunications sector, managing B2B accounts or enterprise clients within the DACH region.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High analytical ability for interpreting complex data sets.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
  • A university degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level) with strong English communication skills
