Senior Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
• Create and refine user interfaces and experience that simplify complex financial workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure data-driven design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital financial and education applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities, while ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a solid portfolio in fintech, education or digital products and applications
• 5+ years of experience using design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe CS
• Front-end development principals (HTML, CSS) and financial regulatory considerations
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
• Ability to work independently and in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
