Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supplier Manager with a strong focus on operational and administrative tasks to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting procurement operations by managing tender processes, reviewing billing and invoices, preparing contracts, and generating monthly procurement reports. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

How will you make a difference: 

  • Coordinate and facilitate the tendering process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute tender documents, evaluate supplier submissions, and support selection processes.
  • Maintain records of all tender activities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of contracts, including renewal and expiration tracking.
  • Ensure all procurement agreements align with company policies and industry regulations, such as rappels. 
  • Review and continuously improve monthly procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance metrics, and contract summaries.
  • Supervise procurement and finance records are accurately maintained and easily accessible for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements within the procurement function.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related administrative role such as category buyer, preferably focused on IT.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tender management, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator. Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
