Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Product to guide their product vision and strategy. In this leadership role, you will oversee the product management team, driving product innovation and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management team in developing new product s and enhancing existing ones.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategies and customer needs.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in product management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust product strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong track record of successfully launching and managing products in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and stakeholder meetings.
