Position Summary
  
Reporting to the Director, the FP&A Manager will ….
  
What will you do in this role? 
  • Lead the consolidation of financial results, preparation of management financial reporting and KPIs, and presentation of financial results to a key segment of Sikich’s business operations.
  • Coordinate the business’s quarterly forecast and annual budget process, developing and communicating timelines and articulating a clear story of the financial outlook along with risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as the expert advisor to business leadership through interpretation of complex financial information to assist in organizational decision-making.
  • Coordinate month-end close with Sikich’s accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely results & reporting.
  • Provide insightful month-end close commentary for respective business lines, which includes variance analysis.
  • Create financial models, forecasting future performance, identify patterns and trends.
  • Lead key projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports, analyses, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in creating financial dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in sales commission plan creation and target-setting.
  • Support special projects as needed (i.e. M&A opportunity analysis, integration activities).
  • Manage up to 1 direct report (Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst), assist in prioritization of tasks and training, ensure development & growth of staff.
  • This role will report directly into the Director of FP&A.
 
What do you need to succeed in this role? 
  • BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proven experience in supporting executive-level business leaders, driving improved financial results.
  • Demonstratable experience in leading change management efforts.
  • Familiarity with financial statements (balance sheet, income statement & cash flow statement.).
  • Understanding of business operations and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to effectively present to a large group.
  • Established time management and organization skills.
  • Strong Excel expertise.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $139,765.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
