Job description

We are searching for a motivated eLearning Developer to join our team for a project-based engagement. You will focus on importing PowerPoint storyboards into Absorb Create, building interactive elements, and managing AI voiceover from speaker notes. This role does not involve SME interaction, project management, or initial design phases.

Instead, it centers around development with a keen eye for template consistency and light copy editing. This training is designed for external customer accessibility.

Type: Freelance full-time hourly contract
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week (full-time anticipated)
Duration: April 22nd, 2025 > July 11th, 2025
Compensation: Hourly rate, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

eLearning Module Development

Import and develop interactive eLearning content from PowerPoint storyboards into Absorb Create.
Ensure seamless integration of AI-generated voiceover from provided speaker notes, maintaining clarity and engagement.
Apply best practices for consistency and quality across all course modules, adhering to given templates and guidelines.

Interactive Element Design

Create engaging interactive elements that align with learning objectives and enhance user engagement.
Explore innovative ways to transform standard content into memorable learning experiences.

Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough self-reviews to ensure eLearning modules meet organizational and client expectations.
Identify and implement improvements in content accuracy and learner engagement through iterative development.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to import and refine content from PowerPoint storyboards effectively.
