Position Overview:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to build and manage financial models, drive performance insights, and support key executive and investor decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for storytelling through data, helping the leadership team navigate growth and optimize franchise and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, refine, and maintain dynamic financial models to support business forecasting, new initiatives, and franchise performance.
• Analyze large data sets (revenue, cost, marketing, membership, operations) and synthesize key insights for executive leadership.
• Create polished, narrative-driven presentations for board of directors and investor reporting.
• Assist department leaders and teams with ad-hoc analyses, projects, and models
• Support the budgeting and reporting process, variance analysis, and studio-level P&L review.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ramp curves, and market-level trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a compelling way.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-location or franchise-based businesses.
• Background in real estate or development finance.
