As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and services. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, develop test cases, and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough testing of software products and services to identify and report any bugs or issues - Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our products - Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any issues found during testing - Document and track defects, and work with the team to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner - Participate in the design and implementation of test plans and strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our QA processes - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues found Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience with automated testing tools is a plus - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document issues accurately - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Experience in the financial or consulting industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Manila, Philippines.
