Job description

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and securing our organization’s IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, enhancing security, and supporting our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a remote environment and adept at using a variety of online tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement SIP telephony solutions, including VoIP systems and unified communications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SIP telephony, VoIP, and unified communications.

Install, configure, and maintain telephony hardware and software.

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.

Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Develop and maintain documentation for telephony systems and processes.


Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting: SIP, VoIP, and unified communications technologies.

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software, with an emphasis on remote troubleshooting and support.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional (GCP)Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)) are a plus


Skills:

Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a remote environment.
