Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid break | US Eastern Time (ET)
Paid hours per week: 40 hours


Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Schedule patient appointments in the practice’s system
  • Collect and enter new patient information and demographics
  • Handle patient billing queries and potentially take payments
  • Provide a positive and helpful experience for all patients
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE Excellent English and Good Russian communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to take the client's assessment task​
  • Must have a Windows OS computer
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Comfortable using computer systems and data entry
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
