Role Overview

iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated US Payroll Associate who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility of day-to-day communication and the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant US payroll for our clients, to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

The US Payroll Associate will play a vital role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of payrolls across multiple clients. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients and third parties, to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll delivery and service level management

Delivering accurate and compliant payroll processing for a group of assigned clients and payrolls, co-ordinating the client’s requirements. Communication

Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to clients, our partners and internally to the wider team and our Client Service Managers. Review and resolve any outstanding payroll queries or requests by working directly with our clients and third-party partners.
