What you’ll be doing:

Network Product Strategy and Development
- Develop and execute the product strategy for our network solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
- Identify new opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure successful launches.
- Oversee development efforts, including both internal teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
Client Relationships
- Engage in high-impact, high-profile client calls to bring technical gravitas and expertise, helping to close deals and enhance client relationships.
- Limited travel to support pre- and post-sale SME efforts, helping to close deals and improve customer satisfaction.
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our network solutions.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral and other marketing materials.
Workforce Readiness
- Ensure that internal teams are well-prepared to support and deliver our network solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources for internal use.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product programs, identifying areas for improvement, cost optimization, and market competitiveness.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing management.
- Monitor product performance and client satisfaction, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for data products, both internally and externally.
- Provide business-hour operations escalation support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, ensuring that our network solutions remain competitive and innovative.

What you’ll bring:

10+ years’ experience in network security solutions architecture.
10+ years’ experience managed networking services and higher education environments.
CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure and CCIE Security certifications.
