Backed by Series B funding and growing rapidly, IMMERSE is expanding its solutions for small and mid-sized businesses around the world—and we’re looking for a driven Global SMB Account Executive to help grow our impact globally.
As a Global SMB Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales engine - converting qualified inbound leads into enthusiastic customers and managing a growing portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts. You’ll guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first conversation to pilots to onboarding, and ensure they are set up for long-term success. As a part of this role, you will also be responsible for customer renewals within your Book of Business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energized by consultative selling and account management, and wants to help scale a product that’s changing lives across the globe. This role will have a base salary plus commission.
✅ Located in North or South America
✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or learning & development.
✅ Proven success in managing full-cycle sales for SMB or mid-market customers.
✅ Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with speed and consistency.
✅ Strong communicator and active listener with a consultative, value-driven approach.
✅ Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage dozens of leads and accounts simultaneously.
✅ Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and forecast.
✅ Global mindset with the ability to build rapport and close deals across regions, cultures, and time zones.
✅ Comfortable working across time zones and flexible with meeting global customer needs.
✅ Bilingual - English and Spanish - Portuguese is a plus
