Job Overview:

As the Product Marketing Manager in this strategic role, you will be responsible for successfully launching new products and managing the lifecycle of existing ones to contribute to the company’s overall sales and revenue objectives. Your clear and concise value propositions will reach the right target audience, driving adoption and maximizing conversions.

You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that Product, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned on messaging.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the process of new product launches by ensuring a seamless go-to-market process.
  • Customer Segmentation: Identify and integrate customer segmentation into the product roadmap to ensure product aligns with needs of different segments
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling product messaging that clearly communicates value propositions and differentiates ThriveCart from competitors.
  • Marketing Intelligence Data: Track key product marketing metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Research & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product development and help build future product roadmap.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with effective messaging and overview any creation of material (pitch decks, case studies, product training) to ensure consistency of messaging.
  • Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing Communication and Media  Manager to ensure campaigns are in line with product value, positioning and messaging.
  • Develop a Customer Lifecycle & Retention Plan
