We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Paediatric Oncology and Rare Disease (ANZ) to join Norgine as we embark and grow into a new therapeutic area.

The person holding this position will report to the Head of Commercial – Paediatric Oncology and Rare Disease (ANZ) and will deliver defined commercial objectives for Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease franchise within assigned geography.  

Main Purpose:

 1. Responsible for the promotion of Norgine paediatric oncology and rare disease products to healthcare professionals and allied personnel involved in the specified disease area(s)

2. Engage and develop business relationships with healthcare professionals and allied personnel with the aim to inform, educate and support the appropriate clinical utilisation of Norgine TGA-approved therapy(s)

3. Implement sales / marketing strategies and integrated program / tactics to achieve short-term and long-term commercial objectives

4. The role will be Sydney-based, in-field focus, and responsible for NSW, QLD & ACT

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably; science, or medicine, or nursing, or pharmacy, or business, or a similar relevant discipline

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical key account management / sales experience within a specialty care business unit

• Experience in oncology, rare and/or orphan therapeutic disease area(s)

• Effective and persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills

• Tertiary key account management skills

• Understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment

• Strong commercial acumen, and B2B experience

• Tertiary technical selling skills

• IT proficiency in business-related packages - MS Office 365, Veeva, Salesforce

• Valid / Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence

• Completed Medicines Australia CEP program
