The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role is designed for a highly motivated and analytical individual who can bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment and support key business initiatives.

 The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of driving process improvements, analyzing financial and operational data, and working cross-functionally to enhance business performance. While familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) is beneficial, this is not an IT project management role—it requires someone with an operations-first mindset who understands business strategy and financial drivers.

  •   Partner with the Director of Business Operations to execute high-impact operational initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead initiatives to centralize order review, approval workflows, and invoicing processes, improving operational execution.
  • ·Develop and refine business models, KPIs, and forecasting tools to support decision-making.
  • Data Analysis and Operational Insights
  • Conduct detailed operational analysis to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools that provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support executive decision-making by delivering ad hoc analyses and business case development.
  • Utilize CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce/Infor LN preferred but not required) to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure business processes align with strategic objectives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve business challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, bringing order and structure to evolving business needs.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing multiple priorities and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Other duties as assigned

compensation $80,000+ based on experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or FP&A.
  • Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI management skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, strategic business operations, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred but not required).
  • Background in operations, finance, or business strategy (NOT IT project management).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, able to synthesize data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • ·Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, evolving environments.
