We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Italian team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territories. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for SPECTRO instruments
- Identify potential customers and promote our products to them
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Provide technical expertise to customers and support them with product demonstrations and training
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements
- Prepare and submit quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Academic background in chemistry and materal science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in analytical instruments or related industry
- Knowledge of A/S, ICP and XRF instruments and their applications
- Fluent speaking and effective knowledge of English and Italian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel domestic or abroad if needed
- Preferably resident in the area of Milan and province
