Job description

At Included Health, our mission is to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone. We serve >100M lives today – nearly ⅓ of the US population – with the opportunity to transform what healthcare means across that population. At a moment in time when technology is dramatically changing this role is an opportunity to be a leader bringing new ways of delivering care t in the healthcare space.

We’ll do this by designing and enabling exceptional Clinical Care products that care for members in a new way.  Success looks like a deeply personalized, virtually-enabled, and scaled care experience that delivers improved health outcomes and builds trust with our members and clients both.

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the future of Everyday Care at Included Health. This person  will lead the building of products and experiences that our members turn to as a trusted and convenient solution for their regular, everyday, healthcare needs for themselves and their loved ones. Everyday Care – whether it’s supporting members with urgent care, primary care, or behavioral health needs – is the foundation of healthcare that works at a population level, and sets us up to deliver real health outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader who knows how to blend human touch and empathy with cutting edge technology to create exceptional experiences that scale. This person is particularly excited to bring this moment of AI innovation into real impact for our members and care providers – and has a demonstrated track record of similar impact using AI in past roles. Experience re-envisioning products for the next generation, while preserving the strengths of a core offering, is a must. A passion for working closely with a diverse team of cross-functional partners who are experts in their domains is critical. This Staff Product Manager is forward-looking and optimistic in seeing opportunities for the products they lead; is excited to innovate in how care is experienced and delivered; and will have strong product fundamentals to get the job done.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation of Everyday Care, at Included Health. This includes a portfolio of existing clinical care offerings as well as development of new products.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, clinical team, care team, and general managers, plus additional cross-functional partners to define and deliver member-centric, outcomes-oriented experiences that scale and create meaningful impact on our member experience and business.
  • Lead end-to-end product development for your area, including ideation, research, design, requirements definition, metrics specification, development, launch and iteration to craft quality product experiences and the delivery tools that enable them.
  • Partner to define, implement, and rigorously monitor metrics and feedback cycles that quantify and describe the performance of the product areas you lead.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Experience building and shipping health or healthcare products is highly valued.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact products throughout the lifecycle.
  • 7+ years experience working with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional partners and domain experts to develop software products and technologies.
  • You have successfully led conception and launch of new products to a large number of users, and driven continuous improvement in product experiences using feedback and data.
  • Strong product intuition and expertise simplifying user interfaces and creating intuitive user experiences. Deep understanding of user psychology and user behavior.
  • Familiarity with AI and/or Gen AI product development (preferred). You have examples of how you and your team have applied new technologies for impact in your past roles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • You are exceptional at blending technology and human service into product experiences that scale, and designing experiences and the tools or solutions that enable them. You’re already using AI in products you’ve shipped and can speak to the impact and transformation resulting from the same.
  • You have a strong point of view about what makes products great, informed by hands-on study of your product area, product sense, and understanding of the business.
  • You excel in highly collaborative environments and projects and have a strong track record of building trust with stakeholders. You are a quick study and active listener.
  • You embrace ambiguity and enjoy breaking down complex opportunities into elegant solutions.
  • You have deep empathy for end users, and keep them and their needs at the center of the product.
  • You have strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and experience defining and measuring product goals and metrics.
  • You are a clear communicator with excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • You believe that the way that people receive healthcare can and should be better, and will bring passion and optimism to the work you do.
