Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Salary: Php 50,000.00 – Php 80,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FRONT-END DEVELOPER

Your Responsibilities as a Front-End Developer would be:

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
• Deliver high-availability and performance features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks, debug, and fix bugs effectively.
• Maintain code integrity and consistent structure.
• Implement necessary security and data protection features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry developments.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Qualifications as a Front-End Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.
• Advanced experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong grasp of web development processes from UI/UX design to backend integration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and industry standards.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation in web apps.
