Job Description
 

What You will Do
  • As an Outbound product leader, you will be primarily focused on global go-to-market activities and customer engagement of the highly evolved Sprinklr platform.
  • You will be responsible for taking Sprinklr products to the market and driving their growth.
  • You will engage with customers to understand their needs and help find product market fit
  • You will partner with PMs who are focused on day-to-day prioritization and delivery of products and drive product roadmap and strategy to elevate the products to next level of maturity.
  • You will partner with Account Executives for driving new sales, Success Managers to drive better adoption, Renewals to arrest churn, Solution Consultants for pre-sales and Implementation & Managed Services to devise business solutions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, pricing and packaging.
  • You will be responsible for working across GTM, product and Engineering teams to build AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and bring alignment towards mutually agree revenue goals for the year.

More specifically

  • Market Analysis – Conduct market research to identify customer needs that our products can fulfil, determine TAM and SAM, assess the market’s current and future trends and figure out the competitive landscape.
  • Product Strategy – Device product strategy to drive product vision, respond to market needs, compete effectively with other providers, communicate product value, extract value for Sprinklr (through effective pricing and packaging), drive partnership with implementation and integration partners.
  • New Product Introduction – Ideate new opportunities, align internal stakeholders, sign-on definition partner customers, set goals with sales leadership, create and execute launch plans, analyze new product success and improve GTM.
  • Company/Product Positioning and Messaging – Identify customer segments, determine product positioning in the same and value proposition. Build effective communication to serve the same. Participate at industry conferences, forums, social media and other communication channels to spread the company mission and product messaging. Work with industry analysts to position products effectively.
  • Sales Enablement – Work closely with Sales and Solution Consultants to help build documentation, tools and training, and other collateral to drive new sales growth.
  • Customer Engagement – Build and nurture relationships with strategic customers, help with escalations and critical situations, find new opportunities for expansion, and take feedback to product and GTM teams for further development.
  • Product Adoption and Success – Work closely with customer success, implementation and managed services to improve adoption and ensure value delivery for strategic customers.
  • Build an outbound PM (Product Manager) organization that leads by example with expert people, repeatable systems, and inclusive culture.
  • This role will demand travel to customer locations and the incumbent should be ready for the same, alongside the AEs.
Who Are You & What Makes You Qualified
  • Sprinklr’s platform and products are highly evolved, rated as one of the best in product capabilities by analysts such as Forester and Gartner across multiple categories in the CXM and Conversation AI space.
  • An ideal candidate would have experience in taking highly technical and evolved products in the B2B SaaS space to the market and driving their growth.
  • Having experience in CXM, Digital Experience, Social and Marketing, Customer Care or Customer Feedback Management will be a huge plus.
  • The candidate must have 12+ years of overall product management experience in building and driving strategy of B2B SaaS products and taking them to market.
  • Global experience primarily in the US and European markets is a must.
  • Experience in helping build AOPs (Annual Operating Plan) in partnership with the Field and Marketing teams.
  • Experience in ideating and launching new products and onboarding definition customers (customer zero) for new capabilities.
  • Experience in managing CXO level conversations, while defining the correct value proposition for the customer.
  • Understanding of enterprise selling, buying centers and purchase dynamics at a corporate level.
  • Experience in representing and evangelizing products on global stage in conferences, speaking events, media and social channels.
  • Experience working with industry analysts and land product positioning with them.
  • Should be holding decision making authority on Technology products buying, implementation and operations of the same.
  • Must have experience in large corporates with credible brand in the industry.

Compensation Range

$195,000 - $260,000 - $325,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
