Key responsabilities:

  • Manage the oncology portfolio in the allocated territory and develop long-term relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.

  • Create detailed account plans addressing the unmet needs of stakeholders and execute promotional meetings with HCPs.
  • Utilize CRM systems for reporting field visits and proactively collect competitive intelligence to share with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager working for Medison Pharma, you will be responsible for managing the oncology portfolio in the allocated territory. Our preference is for this position to be based in Budapest but we are happy to consider candidates based in the Southern or Western regions of the country.

In this position you will

·  Enjoy initiating, developing and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with KOL’s and any relevant stakeholders in your territory

·     Take responsibility for delivering on all commercial goals for the market, including develop & implement accordingly tactical plans in line with successful product strategy, sales targets and product launch

·      Develop detailed account plans that clearly describe the unmet needs of the various stakeholders and the relationships between the various stakeholders

·      Develop and execute promotional meetings with HCPs

·      Effectively manage the assigned territory by means of planning (quarterly multichannel plan of action, reporting KPIs, activity analysis, resources allocation, call planning); plan visits for each working day with the objectives of the visit

·      Be experienced in the use of CRM systems and report field visits into CRM system on a weekly basis

·      Proactive collects CI (competitive intelligence), share insights and information to relevant stakeholders within the company

·      Act in accordance with all manufacturer SOPs, Medison policies and SOPs and any relevant industry codes of conduct Medison core values

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in life and/or natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmaceutical or a similar discipline
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in Pharma as Salesperson, Medical Representative or a similar on a local market
  • Proactive on a local market, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking initiatives and learning from them (both successes and failures)
  • Prior experience working with an oncology portfolio
  • Patient & customer centric
  • Able to demonstrate experience of successful product launches in your market
  • Intellectually curious: always learning and improving knowledge about products and selling skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fully bilingual, with local language skills for your market and business level English (written and spoken)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Mobile, willing to travel across the country as needed and with valid driver’s license.
