Job description

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:
The Public Sector and Healthcare (PSHC) marketing team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support integrated marketing execution across the U.S. SLED (state, local, education), Federal, and Healthcare segments. This role will dedicate the majority of time (~70%) to supporting the education business within the SLED market, while also providing broader support across the team by implementing integrated marketing programs that engages prospects, delivers new opportunities and accelerates existing pipeline. This an exciting opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience and grow into a Regional Marketing Manager role.

Additional Locations: This position is open to candidates that are located remotely in the East Coast or Central time zones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support go-to-market plans for SLED, Federal, and Healthcare markets, helping to execute marketing tactics that align to pipeline, retention, cross-sell, and net-new logo goals

  • Own project management for marketing activities — managing timelines, vendor coordination, asset delivery, event logistics, budget tracking, and post-program reporting

  • Execute marketing programs end-to-end, including live and virtual events, email nurture, webinars, regional campaigns, and promotional item orders

  • Lead internal marketing communications, including creating and distributing monthly newsletters, updating regional calendars, and ensuring cross-team visibility into marketing activity

  • Create and manage CrowdStrike-branded event pages, coordinating with web, creative, and campaigns teams to ensure accurate, compelling, and compliant pages

  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using Salesforce and other tools, providing insights to improve future program effectiveness

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry

  • Proven project management skills with a strong eye for detail and follow-through

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience supporting field marketing for government, K-12, or healthcare markets

  • Experience working with third-party vendors, agencies, and event organizers

  • Strong curiosity about data and marketing performance metrics

  • Demonstrated willingness to take on new challenges, adapt quickly, and continuously learn in a dynamic environment

  • Passion for CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches and protect customers
