Position Overview We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in Microsoft-centric solutions and services, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services. We seek Head of Marketing to drive brand development, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies. This role requires proven experience in marketing for an MSP, IT services, or a Microsoft Partner, with an emphasis on building a strong, recognizable brand and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that generate measurable revenue. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive demand generation and lead conversion through targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth and revenue generation. Brand Development & Market Positioning Establish and enhance brand presence within the Microsoft services and managed services ecosystem. Differentiate the company in the market, ensuring strong brand recognition and positioning. Develop and execute content strategies to showcase thought leadership in Microsoft solutions and cybersecurity. Microsoft-Centric Product & Services Marketing Craft clear and compelling messaging around our Microsoft-based managed services and cybersecurity offerings. Work closely with technical teams to ensure marketing accurately reflects product capabilities and value. Leverage Microsoft Partner programs for co-marketing opportunities, funding, and strategic initiatives. Demand Generation & Sales Alignment Design and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Align marketing with sales efforts, ensuring proper lead nurturing and conversion tracking. Optimize and measure campaign performance for ROI-driven marketing. Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement Build and manage strategic marketing initiatives with Microsoft and other key technology partners. Represent the company at industry events, leveraging the Microsoft Partner Network for visibility and growth. Stay ahead of market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across digital, content, and brand marketing. Foster a high-performance, ROI-focused marketing culture. Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term business growth through marketing initiatives. Key Qualifications Experience & Background 8-10 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in marketing for an MSP, IT services, or Microsoft Partner. Strong experience in Microsoft-focused marketing (Azure, M365, Defender, Sentinel, etc.). Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Expertise & Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, particularly in cybersecurity and managed services. Proven ability to build and enhance brand presence in the professional services sector. Deep experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and sales alignment. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics-driven marketing. Preferred Attributes Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem (leveraging incentives, funding, and co-marketing). Demonstrable success in lead generation and proving marketing ROI in revenue terms. Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and paid media.
