At Storylane, we are on a mission to empower companies to automate Demos and drive Product-led growth.
As one of the early product-specialist hires, you will be responsible for understanding the product inside and out, providing feedback, and helping to guide users toward a better experience with Storylane's platform. You will also train them on new features and help them with integrations.
The right candidate will have good problem solving skills, understanding of customer needs, and great communication skills over zoom and email. You should be well organized and have the ability to work with many customers. While the job is remote, you should be available in US time zones.
Location: Remote (India or Europe)
