Learning Experience Designer

As our first Manager of Learning & Development, you will drive the strategy, design, and execution of technical training programs to empower both internal teams and customers. You will develop scalable learning solutions, manage training platforms, and create engaging content that enhances user adoption and product expertise. Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will shape a knowledge ecosystem that drives retention and success.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement Customer Self-Service training program inclusive of scalable learning strategy tailored to different personas
• Develop and implement internal onboarding and training program
• Own the end-to-end rollout of training programs developed, manage the creation of learning material, knowledge bases, and in-app guidance to enhance SaaS adoption
• Lead internal technical training initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Participate in webinars, conferences, and user training events to enhance engagement and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on training material content
• Evaluate and optimize learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
• Analyze learning engagement metrics, user feedback, and adoption data to refine content and training strategies
  
  

Who You Are

• Experienced in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
• Skilled in designing interactive learning experiences using gamification, simulations, and microlearning techniques
• Proficient in using LMS and LXP platforms and learning tools
• Data-driven, leveraging learning analytics and A/B testing to optimize training effectiveness
• A strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across teams to drive adoption and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Passionate about enabling customer and internal teams with scalable, impactful learning experiences

The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000-150,000. Base salary is just one part of the total compensation package and is determined by factors such as leveling, market location, skills, experience, and other considerations.
