Job Title: Remote Cold Calling B2B Sales Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 - 3,000 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Central, 1 hour for lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales (50% Of Pipeline): Handle all inbound leads with a strong focus on lead qualification, proposal creation, proposal review calls hosting, and proposal follow up efforts in order to maximize sales.
  • Outbound Sales (50% Of Pipeline): Execute daily outreach efforts to generate new opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups to ensure thorough prospect engagement.
  • Sales Strategy Optimization: Analyze and iterate on sales strategies based on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights, adjusting approaches to maximize results.
  • Sales Targets: Exceed monthly sales targets through closed-won deals.



Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • 5+ years of B2B service sales success leveraging both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Previous experience with inbound and outbound sales.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, high energy, consultative, and very hungry.
  • Must feel comfortable leading group calls.
  • Proven success selling into the US market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, driving results autonomously.
