What You’ll Do
As our APAC Field Service & Customer Success Engineer, you’ll wear multiple hats—support technician, trusted advisor, and care plan coordinator. Your role will include:

Note: While travel will be limited in the first year, occasional travel (approximately once a month) across APAC is expected in year two and beyond.
