Pre-Sales Consultant | Pre-Sales | UK | Remote

We’re searching for a UK-based Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Sales team, so that we can drive revenue growth and expand our market share within the healthcare sector. The Pre-Sales Consultant will champion our RLDatix Healthcare products and articulate their value to prospective and existing customers to facilitate successful sales engagements.

How you’ll spend your time

  • Conducting engaging and detailed demonstrations of the RLDatix product suite to prospective healthcare clients to promote product adoption and support the sales process.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and RLDatix's market position to effectively differentiate our solutions.
  • Serving as a product lead for assigned RLDatix products, actively participating in relevant product meetings to provide pre-sales insights and feedback.
  • Collaborating with the product team on feature requests and product evolution to ensure RLDatix remains a leader in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Developing and maintaining compelling demo scripts and video assets to enhance the pre-sales team's effectiveness.
  • Contributing to internal training initiatives to elevate the product knowledge and sales acumen of the pre-sales and wider teams.
  • Assisting in the completion of tenders by providing accurate and compelling functional responses.
  • Leading detailed assessment consultancy projects with prospective healthcare clients (with senior support as needed) to identify opportunities and demonstrate ROI.
  • Performing on-site visits to conduct demos, interviews, and gather data to support assessment projects.
  • Participating in assessment feedback sessions with healthcare organizations to address queries and build trust.
  • Utilizing RLDatix systems to generate insightful analysis and reports highlighting potential efficiencies and cost savings for prospective clients.
  • Updating sales reporting information accurately and in a timely manner as required.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and exhibitions to promote RLDatix products and build brand awareness.
