We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator (SC-WRES).
The Social Care Workforce Race Equality Standard (SC-WRES) is a continuous improvement programme designed to support social care organisations achieve anti-racist workplaces. The Delivery Coordinator will play an important part in supporting the Head of Culture and Diversity to drive this important programme forward.
As Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Full coordination of this area of work, including development of resources and review of existing resources.
Relationship management and engagement with 80+ local authorities, organising large scale events and managing information flows.
Managing relationships internally with Marketing and Events colleagues.
Registering, maintaining and updating records with mutliple points of contacts
Supporting robust data collection and GDPR and explaining plain language of complex processes
You will ideally have knowledge or understanding of one or more of the following areas;
Behavioural change
Social change
Social Care
